Our Secure Internet Data Center (IDC) in Appleton is connected via underground fiber to the AT&T Central Office, and is also connected via fiber to the directly adjacent TDS Central Office for high bandwidth, worldwide connectivity, and scale. Our IDC in Milwaukee is located in the Wells Building, well known in the Milwaukee area as the Telco Hotel, which allows for direct fiber connectivity to other networks for performance and scalability.
As in any business, security and survivability are of the utmost importance to your business. Our Secure Internet Data Center has triple redundant power systems that include a backup power supply and our own gas generator. Inert gas fire protection systems protect your equipment from fire and inadvertent water damage. Our Secure Internet Data Center has electronic security in place allowing only authorized access, preventing your equipment and the center from being compromised.
